- I remember entering the place for the first time and knowing right off it was there I wanted to stay. You know, that awkward womb-like sensation you get from some places were you feel right at home from the very start. You don't know it, you´re not even thinking there is this space and there is this body.... they're not even separate concepts inside you. The awareness of the act of populating a space just doesn't crosses your mind - you simply inhabit.
So I remembered discovering the pleasure of absorving other people's art...
- You mean you often went to exhibits.
- Exactly.
- Isn't that rather obvious? You being an artist and all...
- I guess. (laughs) I still find it curious, that right from the start i never felt any... well, professional urge in it, if you want to put it that way.
All I do in those places is lay down my head and take a nice, quiet nap.
- You sleep through them?
- Oh yes, a little rest in restlessness.
